Honestly, it also betrays a lack of insights or pure knowledge in certain cases. F.e. the Sony car. Sony never said they were going to make these cars. The media is actually doubting the extent to which Sony has said that they won't make any cars. Meanwhile I bet if it was Apple, they would immediately take it as a serious initiative like they have done this in several articles. Sony actually made two cars that actually drive manufactured in cooperation with the company that also manufactures f.e. the Jaguar I-Pace and BMW 5-series. But The Verge goes: 'ok Sony'. The announcement of HDMI 2.1a might be boording, but also relevant to know about. Why not take two or three sentences to explain it? The Samsung S21 FE has a Snapdragon 888, but he calls it a midrange phone that should be cheaper while many high end phones go past a 1000 euro's.

The coolest thing I'd actually buy is the 42" LG C2 as a computer monitor. Already had the C1 in mind, but the smaller size would actually make it viable and not just a niche dream setup. Sony's new TVs are also cool and I've always like the Sony Bravia color tech + OLED. Sony also making a car? Well that's cool. Overall, not many wacky ideas from CES but very real products that I can see in the next year or so.

I want to add an appendum here. Even though low-energetic waves can't directly modify atoms and do direct damage, they still transfer a bit of heat energy into the matter. It is very little, so I don't think that it is considered to be harmful. If it is recommended to not use your mobile phone directly on your ear for an extended periods, that is because the antenna that has to contact the mobile network cell antenna that can be far away, so it needs some power to do it, then is directly next to your head. Wifi antennas are a lot weaker because they don't have to send so far.

Sony making cars isnt too far fetched, when you consider that Sony is an electronics manufacturer and cars are moving towards electric based fuel systems as opposed to petrol/diesel So possibly not as far fetched or a stretch as you may think and its good that Sony is inovating to stay on the market and do well Think about it Sony back in the 1980s was known for Radios, Walkmans, CDs and TVs, but come the early 90s they were doing Consoles and now they dominate the console market Back then that was as strange as them doing doing cars today
